Founded in 1985 by Ken Vallotton, Community Cornerstone was established to provide training and opportunities for adults with disabilities who live in Northern Mendocino and Southern Humboldt Counties. Our 3,300 square foot facility in Redway, California is licensed to serve up to thirty adults with disabilities. Please take some time and tour through our site.

Rural Opportunities Program

This program is extremely diverse and individualizes its services to focus on the needs and interests of each participant. The program provides training and opportunities to develop a variety of skills including:

CORNERSTONE’S STEPPING STONES are available painted or Natural Concrete color. Molds are poured and painted by our clients, with skilled staff supervision. Each Hand Painted Treasure is unique.
